Paradise City Trailer Showcases Late Cameron Boyce In His Final Project

The teaser trailer for Cameron Boyce’s final screen appearance is out. Paradise City, is an eight-episode independently produced TV series, a spinoff from indie film American Satan. Black magic looms large in the first teaser for the upcoming series Paradise City. The series revolves around The lives of a rock star who seems to have it all and a young rookie kid who idolizes him collide through their broken homes built by the music business. The show also stars Rhys Coiro (also known for Entourage). Cameron plays Simon Ostergaard, a teenager, aspiring singer, and DIY concert promoter.

“Do you think that devil worship is real in Hollywood?” Cameron asks in the teaser below. “Like the whole black magic, and all that stuff.”

“Oh, I definitely think there’s good in evil spirits,” replies a woman played by Perrey Reeves. “And black magic is real.”

The official Instagram account for the series recently posted an emotional message about Boyce and his involvement in the show. “Cameron Boyce stars as a leading character “Simon” in all eight episodes of the first season of Paradise City. The series was filmed just months before his tragic passing. He gave us an incredible performance as a young musician, band leader and aspiring DIY executive in the music business. Cameron was a truly one of a kind spectacular talent.”

Cameron Boyce, the young star, died last July 6 2019, at the age of 20 after suffering an epileptic seizure. Boyce, was best known for his roles in Disney Channel’s The Descendants and Jessie. He was a Los Angeles native and also starred in the 2010 Adam Sandler film Grown Ups and made appearances in other Disney Channel hits such as Austin & Ally and Liv and Maddie.
