Ali Zafar’s Original sound track “Zindagi Gulzar Hai” for HUM T.V’s play is a massive hit with the public. Sung by Ali Zafar and Hadiqa Kiani and composition by Shani Haider, it is on the rise with public demand. The song has recently been nominated in Lux Style Awards 2013 in Best Original Sound Track category.
The play itself is pretty popular; it revolves around two main characters from different backgrounds trying to make a marriage work. Pakistani dramas have always been a class in themselves; this one is one of the most eagerly watched dramas on television right now. Ali Zafar’s voice in the Ost has given the audience a sense of association with the plays overall essence.
“This was the first time I was composing as OST for a television play. I am glad that people liked it and the play did so well. I got to realize how popular it had become during my U.S tour when people from the audience would start screaming requesting this song.
