Sam Sahotra is young member of new western touch bhangra world. belonged to Christian family and speaks Punjabi, Urdu & English. Sam studied Pakistani classical music with Ustad A.W Neelam Sahib at the age of eight, grew up singing in his Local Church and, in school, excelled in the choirs and performing as tabla nawaz. Sam Sahotra is influenced by the AR Rehman , Nusrat Fathe Ali Khan music, It has been almost couple of year since I am working on this album. But the love for music was concealed in me ever since I was a child. Being a Christian, I take music as a sacred thing and worship it with all my heart. But with the passage of time, this exquisite taste for music got invigorated and enhanced manifold. It is because of this love, dedication and hard work that I am here today.
