As Salim-Sulaiman release the last song of their music trilogy, called ‘Hareyaa’, music enthusiasts in both Pakistan and India, cant help but point the fact out that the new Salim-Sulaiman tune Hareeya sounds like Pakistani singer/musician Farhan Saeed’s Roiyaan.

Farhan Saeed’s Roiyan starring Sadaf Kanwal was released about 5 years ago.

While you cant really make it out when Hareya by Salim-Sulaiman starts with the dominat piano chords, but once the chorus hits of you cant help but realise that Hareyaa by Salim-Sulaiman replicates the music of Farhan Saeed’s Rooyian.

What is even more intimidating is that both Farhan Saeed for Roiyaan and Salim-Sulaiman for Hareyaa have the same lyricist named ‘Kumaar’. And thats not all, in a recent Twitter spat between Farhan Saeed and Salim Merchant, Farhan Saeed bluntly displayed is anger and displeasure and tagged Salim Merchant … with a further exchange of tweets between the two musicians, Salim Merchant replied to the tweet by Farhan Saeed and said that: “Why don’t you check with him!” (The lyricist) … He further went on to say: “I really wish I had heard your song before I made mine. Would have surely made changes to our composition to make it sound different from yours.”

Don’t beleive what you just read? Here listen to it yourself.

FUN FACT: ALL COMMENTS ON Salim-Sulaiman YOUTUBE CHANNEL SAYING THAT HAREYAA’s TUNE RESEMBLES FARHAN SAEED’S ROIYAAN ARE BEING DELETED!!
