Herbie and his Bhangra band Sahara UK has been making many popular Punjabi songs since the 90s.
Soniye Ni Soniye was the first amongst their hits, latter their career kicked off internationally with their second album being a massive hit amongst Punjabi music lovers in Pakistan, India, Malaysia.
Last year, their tune Billo Hai was featured in Pakistani film Parchi. Starring Hareem Farooq and Ali Rehman, the song was well recieved and was heard, being played at almost every mehndi and shendi. Herbie and Sahara UK thus became the first UK Asia Bhangra band to collaborate with Pakistani cinema.
This year Herbie gives us yet another Bhangra tune called Addi Maar to dance too. It’s in the upcoming Pakistani film Heer Maan Ja starring Hareem Farooq and Ali Rehman.
The song is choreographed featuring Ali Rehman and Zara Sheikh.
Vibrant, groovy and upbeat, Ali Rehman dances well to the tune.
Addi Maar is a typical upbeat bhangra tune with little touch of EDM. It has Herbie and Nindy Kaur on the vocals while the music is by Manj.

P.s: Wothout any offence, can someone please give Zara Sheikh some styling tips. It’s high time se settles done with the fact that the era of those weird high bumped back coming and flicks and strands of messy unmaged hair flying hair and there is far gone now.
