Ali Haider is back with ‘Koi Aisi Baat’
Purani Jeans fame singer Ali Haider is going back to his roots with a new romantic album, ‘Koi Aisi Baat’ after a gap of almost seven years.
Haider was out of mainstream music for quite some time – although he was releasing sufi albums one after the other but romantic melodies which are his expertise has been a far cry from him. But that is no more a case now.
The singer is for his come-back album ‘Koi Aisi Baat’. Comprised of nine love numbers the album is expected to official launch before Valentine’s Day this year. The title track of the album has been released today on a social media.
While talking to HIP about his new album Haider said that it will have mix of pop and romantic songs
“The album has my signature singing style which is light, romantic and sweet. Except for a couple of songs all the compositions are new.”
He further added that he came up with this romantic album because the music scene in Pakistan has become stagnant and it is time to add new life to it by producing quality music.
The 90s popular singer is known for his soft melodies – anybody who has been grown up in that era can’t resist Haider’s beautiful compositions including Purani Jeans, Chandni Raatien and Tere Naam Liya Tu.
The new song is a beautiful rendition describing the feeling of a forlorn lover reminiscing the memorable moments spent with loved ones. It’s a good pick for those who enjoy easy listening.
