Soch participated to unite their voice along with thousands of others who along with Imran Khan marched till Wazirstan to register their plea against the taking of innocent lives. Our physical absence compelled us to sing this Tarana, so that we could stand with our fellow bothers and sisters in spirit. This tarana during the march was an invitation to the youth, to unite and save Pakistan.
The peace rally was the first of its kind following military operation in October 2009 in South Waziristan against the banned militant outfit, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). PTI’s mission has been successful; Imran Khan and his party along with thousands others have put the issue of drone attacks centre stage globally, with the international media focusing on it. Among the participants were many foreign civil society members and media people including around 30 US citizens

We demand from the Govt the names of the victims should be provided to us who lost their lives in drone attacks. Drone attacks are the violation of human rights and international law. I salute your passion and dedication of my PTI supporters – no one slept the whole night. PTI will introduce reforms in FATA and empower the people of the region. Hindu, Christian & Sikh brothers from all over Pakistan also came to show their solidarity. ” Imran Khan
