Film Director Syed Noor is to open an Academy by the name of Paragon Academy of Performing Arts (PAPA) where young talent will be polished and groomed to become stars.The PAPA academy will hopefully start functioning from September or October this year, which will according to Syed Noor prove to be a good move towards evolving Lollywood.
